1. Introduction

Welcome to DaNangLocalDriver. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via our website form, WhatsApp, or email. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from us containing the driver details and pickup time.

3. Payment

Payment is typically made in cash (VND or USD) directly to the driver after the service is completed. For multi-day tours or large groups, a deposit via bank transfer may be required to secure the booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Please notify us as soon as possible via WhatsApp if you need to cancel or reschedule.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the driver and the vehicle. Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers (e.g., spills, breakage) will be charged accordingly.

6. Liability

We strive to ensure timely arrival for all services. However, we are not liable for delays caused by severe traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We recommend booking airport transfers with ample time before your flight.
